Bulldogs president Peter Gordon dismisses drama of chief executive’s resignation
Western Bulldogs president Peter Gordon believes the club’s run to September won’t be affected by the resignation of chief executive David Stevenson.
Gordon told 3AW’s Sports Today that the loss of any club administrator would not impact the team on field.
‘It’s not as if he played centre half back, or that I do,’ he said.
‘We don’t get involved with anything remotely to do with the team or its logistics or what happens on Friday night.’
‘It’s barely a ripple in the football department.’
The Dogs will be affected by the loss of Jack Redpath, who goes in for surgery today after suffering an ACL injury on Saturday night against St Kilda.
