‘Bunch of liars’: Liberal MP rips into ‘pathetic’ state Labor government

Liberal State Member for Narracan, Wayne Farnham, has fired up about the “pathetic” state Labor government.

It comes after funding for the rebuild of Maroondah Hospital, redevelopment of Wonthaggi Hospital, and a brand new hospital in West Gippsland, which were promised in the 2022 state election, received little to no funding in this week’s state budget.

“They are a bunch of liars, and I’m sick and tired of it,” Farnham told Jacqui Felgate on 3AW Drive.

“I can’t call them liars in parliament, under parliamentary rules, but I’m damn sure going to call them liars on this show because that’s what they are.”
