“He sort of looks like one of those whirling dervishes, he keeps spinning around in circles,” Victoria Police Senior Constable Paul Hogan said.

The theft occurred in the early hours of the morning on April 23, with the thief described as Caucasian, aged in his 30s, with a medium build and long dark brown hair.

“I think he’s quite professional Ross, if you look at that little pirouette that he was doing I reckon might’ve had some training of some sort,” Russel Howcroft said.

Anyone who recognises the man or has information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit an online confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
