Burst water main floods South Yarra road

A burst water main has flooded Toorak Road near Park street in South Yarra.

Emergency services and repair crews are on site.

Caller Liz described it “like a river coming down the road”.

“I don’t know what’s going on but it’s really bad, and it’s going to get worse.”
