Burt Bacharach dies at age 94
Legendary composer and songwriter Burt Bacharach has died at the age of 94.
He died of natural causes in his Los Angeles home.
In a career spanning 70 years, Mr Bacharach composed more than 500 songs and was honoured with six Grammys and three Oscars.
Seen as one of the greatest songwriters of the 20th century, he composed hits including Say a Little Prayer, Walk on By, Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head and The Look of Love.
