Bushfire raging at Carrum Downs

UPDATE

A bushfire at Carrum Downs is now under control.

Water bombers and ground crews continue to patrol the fire at Paddington avenue.

The fire is close to residential properties but there is currently no threat to communities.

A ‘Watch and Act’ warning is still in place. Residents are being urged to stay informed and monitor conditions.
