Buzz Rothfield predicts Cooper Cronk will be in Sydney in 2017

Buzz Rothfield has some bad news for Melbourne Storm fans: Cooper Cronk looks set to leave the club at the end of the season.

Buzz told Sports Today he’s keen to move to Sydney to be with his girlfriend.

‘I think Cooper Cronk has already spoken to Storm about it,’ he said on Thursday.

‘I think he’ll hang around for 2016 in Melbourne and then it will be off to Sydney.’

Buzz hinted that St George might be his destination.

The Big 3 – Cronk, Cam Smith, and Billy Slater – are all turning 33 in 2016, so Buzz says the Storm needs a smart plan for life after them soon.
