Call for motorcyclists to lend a helping hand

Are you a motorcyclist looking for an excuse to spend more time on your bike?

This might be the perfect solution.

Bloodbikes Australia is looking for more volunteer riders to help collect and deliver blood and medical supplies.

They started in 2019 and have 267 members nationwide.

Robert Chrisomalaidis from Bloodbikes Australia says the volunteer group is experiencing massive demand for its services.

“It’s probably no surprise but we’ve been transporting a lot of COVID samples, COVID medication, COVID home monitoring kits,” he told Neil Mitchell.

“We’re really busy at the moment with this current COVID climate!”
