Police confirm fatal stabbing in Melbourne’s west, callers earlier alert 3AW to incident

A teenager has been fatally stabbed at a shopping centre on Tuesday.

Police confirmed they were called to the incident before midday, where they located a teenage boy with life threatening injuries who sadly later died at the scene.

Multiple callers to 3AW are reporting a stabbing at a shopping centre in Melbourne’s west.

Steve told 3AW the incident occurred near the food court at Woodgrove Shopping Centre in Melton West.

“There has to be 25 police cars and choppers up in the sky,” he told Tony Moclair.
