Calls for major school routine shake up
The school routine we all grew up with is set to change.
With teacher shortages plaguing the education industry there are talks for schools to turn online and for the five-day schooling week to be shortened to four.
President of the Victorian Association of State Secondary Principals, Colin Axup, spoke to Ross and Russ this morning about what can be done to resolve this teacher shortage and what schooling looks like for the future.

“It’s about what we’re doing at school as much as how long we’re at school and just being in a classroom doesn’t necessarily mean you’re getting an advantage out of it,” Mr Axup said.
