Cameron Ling accuses Geelong players of thinking of themselves
Cameron Ling has accused some Geelong players of thinking of their own performances before the team’s.
Geelong has lost several games this season that many tipsters thought they should win, including to Carlton, Collingwood, and, most recently, St Kilda on Saturday night.
And the three-time Premiership Cat told 3AW Football he thinks some players get ahead of themselves.
‘Steven Motlop has no influence last night,’ Ling said.
‘Mitch Duncan was almost non-existent.’
Ling said some players wanted to make sure they came away from the game with a few goals or more touches than usual.
