A car and trampoline have been set on fire after five cars were rifled through at Port Melbourne.

Police are investigating the incidents, which are believed to have occurred between about 2am and 5.40am.

It’s believed someone searched through five unlocked cars on Williamstown Road, Pye Street and Dunstan Avenue.

The car and trampoline were then torched.

The trampoline was in Amanda’s front yard.

“I feel completely violated,” she told Tom Elliott.

Her family had CCTV installed just two weeks ago, with hopes it will help tracking down the offender.

Anyone with information is urged to contact crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
