Car smashes through front doors in Frankston Anaconda store robbery
Police are on the scene of an alleged ram raid at the Anaconda store in Frankston.
Punjab told 3AW Breakfast he was at the store about 7.15am on Cranbourne Road, and a car was still lodged in the front doors.
“There is an Anaconda store, I think it’s been broken into,” he said.
“A Ford Territory has smashed through the front doors.”
Police say a stolen red Ford Territory rammed into the shop front about 6.30am and three unknown offenders, believed to be aged between 25-35, stole a large quantity of clothing.
The men then fled the scene in a white Mazda SUV which was waiting nearby.
