Caroline Wilson on Justin Leppitsch’s coaching future and the Western Bulldogs

Caroline Wilson doesn’t expect Justin Leppitsch to keep his job as Brisbane Lions coach.

The Age’s chief football writer was asked on 3AW whether she thought Leppitsch would be coaching the club next year.

‘I don’t think so, no? I don’t,’ she confessed on Sports Today.

‘There’s no doubt the players like Justin Leppitsch – he certainly hasn’t lost the players.

‘But whether he’s lost the board? I’m just not so sure.

‘We’ll see what happens over the next four or five weeks.

‘They’re going to make some big changes at that footy club off-field.’

Caroline Wilson also hinted that all was not well off-field at Whitten Oval.
