Carpooling app to let Western suburbs residents share their ride to work

Western suburbs residents will be able to share their ride to work with the launch of a new carpooling app.

The app can identify people you work with and help streamline the commute.

Wyndham mayor Henry Barlow told Nick McCallum roads are regularly congested.

‘This is a great way of getting three people to use one car instead of three,’ Cr Barlow said.

He said Wyndham council has already got staff carpooling.
