RUMOUR CONFIRMED

A lost cat has finally been returned to its owners after it went missing for nearly two years.

Rumour File caller And if you can see my pussy told Ross and Russ that ‘Willow’ was found on Wednesday, 25 kilometres from its home in The Basin, after it went missing on January 1, 2020.

The cat belongs to 11-year-old girl Sienna, and her mother Julianne confirmed the reunion with Dee Dee.

“She’s obviously overjoyed to have her home,” she told Dee Dee on 3AW Afternoons.

Julianne went to huge lengths to find Willow, creating a Facebook page, door-knocking and even constructing a home-made billboard.

“I was out in the middle of the night, there’s this 2am to 3am search that you do, because that’s when cats tend to be on the move,” she said.

“I was the crazy cat-lady of The Basin.”
