Celebrity real estate agent joins Denis Walter on 3AW Afternoons

One of the most successful celebrity real estate agents has revealed the rules he plays by when looking after star clients.

Josh Altman stars in Million Dollar Listing LA with his brother Matt, with a long list of celebrity clients including the Kardashians and Denise Richards. 

‘If you treat them as humans, as normal people they respect you much more,’ he told Denis Walter on 3AW Afternoons.

‘If you’re taking a picture with them, which we would never do, or you’re asking questions about their personal life before getting to be friendly, that’s where you cross the line.’

He’s in Melbourne to talk sales tips and how he and his brother managed to break into the high-end real estate market.

Business managers for Hollywood stars can also be hard to please, he said.
