Tom Elliott was stunned by the vocal protest, ahead of CFMEU boss John Setka and Shaun Reardon’s appearance in court.
Just a week ago, Tom sat through a legal lecture with media law expert, Justin Quill, and was told one could be found in contempt of court if declaring someone’s innocence or guilt while the matter was still in court.
