Chadstone gets bollard boost ahead of Christmas shopping blitz

One of Melbourne’s biggest shopping hubs has been given a major security boost ahead of Christmas.

More than 20 bollards have been installed at Chadstone in the hope of preventing or stopping a terrorist attack.

Millions are expected to flock to the shopping plaza in the lead up to Christmas.

Tom Elliott spoke with Channel 10’s Trent Dann on Tuesday, who checked them out.
