Cheap parking deals back on offer in Mebourne’s CBD from today

Parking in many of the car parks in Melbourne’s CBD will cost only $5 a day on weekends and $5 after 4pm on weekdays from today until Christmas.

The City of Melbourne has relaunched its cheap parking initiative, which proved enormously popular earlier in the year, in a bid to bring more people back into the city.

Lord mayor Sally Capp said it’s “never been more affordable or easier to come into the city”.

The cheap parking will be available at selected Wilson, Secure, Ace, Care Park, Nationwide and First Parking car parks.

Pre-booking is required to secure the $5 deals.
