Children abducted, ‘dumped’ on roadside in horror carjacking

A mother has detailed the horrifying moment when two of her children were abducted in Melbourne’s north on Monday.
3AW Drive can reveal two males entered a vehicle – with two four-year-olds in the back seat – on Berkshire Street in Doreen just after 6:30am, with the infants dropped off before the car was found in a ditch later in the day.

Stephanie told Jacqui Felgate she was shocked by what occurred, describing her relief when reunited with her two children.
“The (alleged carjackers) dumped my kids unceremoniously on the side of the road,” she said on 3AW.
Victoria Police have made two arrests in relation to the alleged incident, but they were released on summons.
