China to lift tariffs on Australian wine imports
China has lifted heavy tariffs on Australian wine imports, four years after they were originally implemented.
Director of All Saints Estate, Eliza Brown says, the tariffs were tragic for the industry and wineries might not be able to meet the increase in demand.
“This year, we had a beautiful harvest, it’s just been amazing, but a lot of people may not have harvested as much as they wanted to, because they didn’t realise this would happen,” she told Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen, filling in for Ross and Russ.
