City Loop closure catches some commuters ‘on the hop’

The City Loop is shut for the next two weeks due to works, with the Public Transport Users Association admitting some commuters were “caught on the hop” by the shutdown on Tuesday morning.

“There has been some confusion,” Daniel Bowen told 3AW Mornings.
