A clinical psychologist says parents should not feel “guilty” for being able to relate more to one of their children over another.

It comes after a mother asked her whether she was a “bad mum” for enjoying the company of one of her children more than the other.

“All of these things are really normal,” Jo Lamble told Tom Elliott.

She said it didn’t mean the parent loved one child more than another.

“There is just too much mother guilt out there,” she said.
