80 percent of Australians remain undiagnosed with wheat intolerances.

Denis Walter and nutrition contributor Karen Inge spoke with Jane Davis, Executive Officer at Coeliac Victoria & Tasmania who advised for those who have the intolerance to wheat would have a greatly diminished quality of life should they not be properly assessed.

The good news is that as more people are being diagnosed with gluten intolerances, the food market accommodates very well for people who can’t eat wheat!
