Cold coin ‘Big Maple Leaf’ worth five million dollars stolen from Berlin museum

A gold coin worth $5,000,000 has been stolen from a museum in Berlin.

It’s named the Big Maple Leaf, and bears the image of Queen Elizabeth II.

The coin is 53 centimetres wide, three centimetres thick, and weighs about 100 kilograms.

It’s not known exactly how the thieves managed to get away with it.
