Coles executive responds to claim self-checkouts are putting staff out of work
The chief operating officer of Coles has hit back at customer claims that self-checkouts are putting staff out of work.
Coles COO Matt Swindells told Neil Mitchell “we’ve never had more team members in our stores”.
The supermarket boss also weighed in on Coles’ $1.09 billion profit last year, surging theft and the cost-of-living crunch.
