‘Coming from one side’: Neil Mitchell calls for hate speech against Australian Jews to stop

Neil Mitchell says hate speech resulting from the ongoing Israel-Hamas war is “coming from one side” and has to stop.

He says the Middle East crisis isn’t simple, urging fringe groups to stop targeting Jewish people living in Australia simply because of their religion.

“Even if you criticise Israel, do not turn it into hate speech,” Neil said on 3AW Mornings.

“Don’t criticise Jews in Australia, they are Australians who are entitled to the same respect as anyone else.”
