Committee for Geelong CEO weighs in on proposed new training facility next to GMHBA Stadium

CEO of the Committee for Geelong, Michael Johnston, has weighed in on the Geelong Football Club aiming to develop a training facility next to GMHBA Stadium worth $60 million.

It comes after the controversial decision by the state government to give four million dollars to the club for a new scoreboard at the stadium in the May budget.

“We are a city in desperate need of investment in a variety of things,” Mr Johnston told Shane McInnes.
