Commonwealth Bank release statement following major outage

Commonwealth Bank have released a statement following a major outage which hit the bank yesterday.

Heidi Murphy, filling in for Neil Mitchell, read out the statement with the bank putting the outage down to a “major glitch”.

She then spoke with a customer of the bank, Ben, who couldn’t pay for fuel at the service station due to the outage yesterday!
