Commuter chaos: ‘Police incident’ shuts Flinders Street Station

A police incident at Flinders Street Station has thrown Melbourne’s train network into chaos.

Heavily-armed police descended on Melbourne’s main train station on Monday afternoon.

That matter has since been resolved.

But commuters have been told to expect major delays on all train lines as a result.

Metro Trains warned some services may be moved or cancelled.
