Concerns over country bank shutting

A regional town will be left without a major bank after the National Australia Bank shuts down.

Neil Mitchell received a tip the branch at Casterton would shut soon.

Morris Fero runs a newsagent in town and said it was a big blow.

“It’s forcing people out of town,” he said.
