CONFIRMED: Labor MP Danny Pearson resuscitates man who collapsed at forum

RUMOUR CONFIRMED: A state Labor MP has been dubbed ‘defib Danny’ after resuscitating a man who had collapsed at a public housing forum last week.

As revealed on 3AW Breakfast’s Rumour File, Member for Essendon, Danny Pearson, swung into action last Thursday.

While on the phone to paramedics, he managed to get the patient breathing while the ambulance was en route.

He has been credited with saving the man’s life.
