Controversial filmmaker rejects anti-vaxxer tag

A British filmmaker who questions the scientific evidence behind the human papilloma virus causing cervical cancer denies she’s an anti-vaxxer.

Joan Shenton was due to arrive in Australia this week, however, has been refused entry.

Tom Elliott fears it may be due to her controversial views.

“I’m not an anti-vaxxer, at all,” Ms Shenton said on 3AW Drive.
