Councillor demands immediate release of Ken Lay report

A City of Melbourne councillor is demanding the immediate release of Ken Lay’s report on the proposed supervised drug injecting room in the CBD.

“It was due at the end of 2020,” Roshena Campbell told Tom Elliott.

“The Premier now says we’re not getting it until 2023.”

Cr Campbell said she had been flooded with messages and concerns from CBD residents and businesses.

“They are sick of the uncertainty,” she said.
