Councillor has birds stuffed for ‘educational purposes’

Kingston City Councillor Rosemary West once kept a dead owl in her freezer.

It is now on display with the Friends of Braeside Park.

She has also had a penguin, pelican, and shearwater stuffed.

Cr West told Tom Elliott she donates them to keep on display for ‘educational purposes’.
