Court action looms as cow needs surgery after eating two stray golf balls

The strange case of a sick cow has piqued Ross and John’s interest.

Hole E Cow told the Rumour File that the cow needed surgery after eating two stray golf balls from a nearby golf course.

The farmer is requesting the course pays for the medical costs.

But Kate Booth from Maurice Blackburn Lawyers said it’s not entirely clear who is responsible for the costs.

Ms Booth said it will come down to a number of factors, including how foreseeable the damage from stray balls was, and which property was there first.

Ross said this could become ‘one of the great cases in English legal history’.
