COVID-19 latest: Victoria records 92 new local cases
Hopes of exiting lockdown on Thursday have been dashed with Victoria recording 92 new locally-acquired COVID-19 cases yesterday.
It’s the highest daily case number since last September.
Of the new cases, just 61 have so far been linked to known cases.
There were 31,436 vaccine doses administered at state-run clinics yesterday and 51,030 test results received.
There are now almost 900 exposure sites on the Department of Health’s list.
