‘Crisis point’: Australian Retailers Association CEO gets candid about retail crime

The CEO of the Australian Retailers Association has told Jacqui Felgate retailers need the government to take action to combat retail crime.

Chris Rodwell says it’s not just a retail issue, it’s a societal problem.

“The everyday lives of workers being impacted, customers being impacted, local communities being impacted, that’s why we did the research,” he said.
