Cyclist snapped with child standing on the seat

A cyclist has been snapped with a child standing on his seat.

3AW listener Tineka spotted the rider during peak hour on Wednesday.

“My passenger and I were gobsmacked,” Tineka told Tom Elliott.

“That is as unsafe as it comes,” Tom said.
