Dan Ricciardo adds awkward aspect to Ross Stevenson’s cheeky slap to teammate!

Ross and John spoke with loveable Aussie F1 ace Daniel Ricciardo on Thursday ahead of the US Grand Prix.

Ross told Ricciardo “he didn’t care” where he finished in the race, as long as it was ahead of teammate Max Verstappen.

(There’s plenty of rivalry between the two, for those unaware)

Ricciardo quickly burst into laughter.

“You know the funny thing? I’m sitting next to him right now,” Ricciardo said on 3AW Breakfast.

“You’re a patriotic Australian, so I love it.”
