A BMX rider will tomorrow attempt to set a world record for the longest jump on a pedal-assisted eBike.

Jed Mildon will attempt the feat in New Zealand tomorrow.

He says it “seems doable”.

“To set the record with Guinness they said you’ve got to jump a minimum 30 metres on an electric pedal-assist Bosch bike,” he told 3AW Breakfast.

“I’ve jumped 25 metres on my BMX.”
