Darryl Kerrigan’s ‘Castle’ sold at auction

The Strathmore house made famous in the film The Castle has sold for $40,000.

An auction was held on Wednesday afternoon.

The owner had reportedly expected no more than $10,000, but got four times as much.

The home will be located, with the owner to keep the land.

It must have a good “vibe.”
