Data shows most Victorians aren’t opposed to lowering speed limit change
A strong majority of Victorians aren’t opposed to lowering speed limits on residential streets to just 40km/h, a new study from the state’s pedestrian lobby has revealed.
Dr Ben Rossiter, executive officer of Victoria Walks, told Tom Elliott support was strong for change.
“There definitely was,” he said on 3AW Drive.
