David Southwick lifts lid on the opposition’s plan to fix Victoria’s ‘huge’ graffiti issue

Shadow Minister for Police and Corrections, David Southwick, has shed light on the opposition’s plan to tackle Victoria’s “huge” graffiti problem and punish vandals if elected in 2026.
Mr Southwick thinks it’s time to “get a bit of pride in our state”, which starts with cleaning up graffiti, particularly on the state’s road network.
“We’ve got to learn from others on how they’ve done this before,” Mr Southwick told Tom Elliott on 3AW Mornings.
