Ross Greenwood speaks to Michael Bate the Head of Retail at Colliers International about British department store Debenhams coming to Australia.
Debenhams set up as a new retailer in the UK back in 1778 and it will launch in Australia in the next few weeks.
‘It will be a fierce challenger to Myer and David Jones,’ Ross Greenwood said.
Michael Bate says Debenhams is set up in 27 countries around the world and ‘certainly know what they’re doing’.
