Denis Walter found out how to eat healthy with just four ingredients

Author Kim McCosker may have created the easiest way to lose weight with her new book 4 Ingredients Healthy Diet?.

Speaking to Denis Walter on Wednesday she said she wanted to help busy people eat healthy and lose weight.

She even gave out a great soup recipe to make for lunch. 

All you need to do is put an entire bunch of coriander, six carrots (don’t peel), a brown onion and vegetable stock in a pot. 

Bring to a gentle boil. Let it simmer for 40 minutes. Blend it. Eat it.  

Ms McCosker also told Denis about other recipes, including a healthy chocolate brownie, in the book. 

All recipes have just four ingredients.
