Department of Transport conducting largest traffic light review in history

The Department of Transport is conducting its largest traffic light review in history.

More than 850 locations are being reviewed across Melbourne.

More than 300 of those reviews have been completed.

“We’re looking for opportunities to improve the way the intersection works,” Chris Miller told Neil Mitchell.

The department is examining when the intersections have their greatest demand, as well as other trends associated with their use.
