Derryn Hinch slams Australians detained in Malaysia after Grand Prix stunt
Derryn Hinch has branded the nine Australians detained in Malaysia after stripping down to their underwear at the Grand Prix as ‘foolish’ and ‘stupid’.
Senator Hinch said he found it offensive for anybody to use a flag on bathers or underwear.
‘It sounds old-fashioned, but I find it offensive for anybody to use somebody’s flag ? even your own ? on your underparts,’ he told Neil Mitchell.
‘I think it’s wrong.’
