‘Disgusting’: Woman lashes out at ‘extremely frustrating’ bus experience

A woman has detailed her frustrations after her pregnant daughter and toddler couldn’t get home as her bus replacement didn’t accommodate prams.

Caller Brenda said the staff “weren’t very helpful” with the daughter and toddler left stranded in the pouring rain, with Brenda having to pick them up herself.

She labelled the experience “extremely frustrating” with 3AW Mornings fill-in host Heidi Murphy “disgusted” by the treatment of the pair.
